FULLY ALIVE!

Your life will be as bright as the noonday sun. Job 11:17

About

DSCF0253Welcome to Fully Alive, a blog and ministry focused on engaging dialogue related to the expository teaching of the Word of God – understanding expository teaching to be marked by three distinct characteristics: authority, reverence, and centrality.   Expository teaching is authoritative because it stands upon the very authority of the Bible as the word of God, and the posts at this site acknowledge the Bible as the infallible word of God and will always reference His Word for your continued study – after you read the posts.

We are fully alive in our faith and fully committed to teaching the uncompromising truths of God’s Holy Word with a three-fold goal that readers will understand His written Word, experience His awesome Power and dwell with Him in loving Relationship!  We say “dialogue” because we ask that you share this word with others and engage them in dialogue about how it, and especially God’s Word, speaks to you.  No one to engage with?  Dialogue with yourself!  I have some of my best dialogues with myself – bet you can, too!

We thank Our Father for the awesome privilege of serving Him through this medium and invite you to join us here commenting on our posts and sharing requests or thoughts for future posts.

Be blessed!  Be a blessing!

NOTE: Thank you for staying faithful to Fully Alive and for being patient while life took me in some different directions.  It is my prayer to post regularly – perhaps a few times a week but whenever, I pray that you will read and, as my maternal grandmother used to say, “chew on” each posting and be encouraged.
